Frequently Asked Question - The FlexPack has a wax coating, is it new?
Yes, it's new and not defective. The FlexPack is coated with a wax lubricant to lubricate and protect the special rubber compound used to manufacture the SpiraFlex FlexPack. It actually took two years for OYO Fitness to research and develop the special rubber compound and wax lubricant for the SpiraFlex. Some users have asked if the FlexPack is new or if it is dirty because of this wax coating. Not to worry, it's new and the wax helps optimize the performance of the FlexPack, (similar to lubricant on a gym equipment moving part).
