All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars. The approximate exchange rate between Singapore Dollars and USD or Euro is shown below (for reference only):

How are Payments Processed on LyfeLab.Life?

Payments are processed securely online via Stripe and PayPal. Stripe is used by major websites such as Grab, Amazon, Hipvan and Deliveroo, and both Stripe and PayPal accept all major credit cards and all currencies, so you can purchase with peace of mind.

How secure are payments on LyfeLab.Life?

Lyfe Lab has verified SSL encryption by GoDaddy and is also verified by Trusted Sites. Hence, all your information sent through Lyfe Lab is private and encrypted for your security and peace of mind. Additionally, all payments are processed via secure third-parties Stripe and PayPal.

Do you Ship Internationally?

In Singapore, we ship via NinjaVan, with a tracking number, and the delivery time is 3-4 business days after ordering.

For International shipping, we ship globally via DHL Worldwide Express shipping and the delivery time is as follows:

DHL Shipment to APEC – 2 to 4 working days.

DHL Shipment to Europe – 3 to 5 working days.

DHL Shipment to US/Canada – 4 to 6 working days.

DHL Shipment to the rest of the world – 5 – 7 working days.

DHL is incredibly fast. Some customers in Italy and Germany received their shipment in 3 days!

We also ship with an Economy option using local post. The shipping timing is between 1 to 2 weeks depending on the location.

International customers are responsible for their country's custom clearance (if any - for eg: Malaysia did not incur customs taxes on previous shipments).

Our shipping prices are only up to 2 OYO NOVA Gym weight equivalents and are presented in good faith that the purchases are for your personal use only. If you wish to purchase more than 2 OYO Gyms or NOVA Gyms, such as 3 or 4 units, please contact us at admin@lyfelab.life for shipping rates. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders with multiple units such as 3 or more units as it might constitute an abuse of our shipping rates.

Please note, due to the difficulty of crossborder returns/exchanges, we have to open and inspect each order before shipping it out. This is to QC test every unit before shipping out to ensure the unit has no manufacturing defect and works as designed.

About International Duty and Import Tax

For International shipments, import tax might apply depending on your country's requirement. For example, Hong Kong is a duty free country, Korea is 10% VAT and Malaysia has had no duties (so far on shipments there) while Indonesia has charged 22% of the product value for previous shipments to Indonesia.

Is there a return policy if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, as the products are on clearance sale, we do not offer Change of Mind/Buyers Remorse returns and refunds.

For the avoidance of doubt, for international orders, we do not offer returns or refunds as well for Change of Mind or Buyers Remorse.

This is because we can only offer new products to sell, it is our policy not to sell a returned item as a new item to customers as this would not be fair to new customers. This is to maintain the highest confidence in our products for all customers.

If the product is defective and you inform us in writing within the first 14 days of receipt of your order from us, we will assist you with the order. However, please rest assured that we QC test all products with CCTV recording to ensure that all products that we send out are working as designed and have no defects on shipment.

What is the OYO® Personal Gym?

The OYO® Personal Gym is a lightweight and portable total body gym that provides resistance on both sides of muscle groups during each DoubleFlex® movement.

The OYO® Personal Gym uses patented SpiraFlex® technology that provides the same benefits of lifting weights without the weight or momentum. SpiraFlex® was originally developed for NASA as the Resistance Exercise Device on the International Space Station. SpiraFlex® also powers the Bowflex® Revolution® home gym.

How do you use the OYO® Personal Gym?

The OYO® Personal Gym can be pulled and pushed while being held with the hands, or while attached to the ankles via the leg straps. The door strap attachment expands the number of total body exercises.

What makes the OYO® Personal Gym different than free weights or resistance bands?

Resistance bands provide progressive resistance (like a rubber band) in only one direction. Free-weights are heavy, cumbersome and create momentum that can stress and injure joints.

The OYO® Personal Gym replaces free-weights and bands with a lightweight total body portable gym, that provides resistance to both sides of muscle groups with each movement, and feels like free-weights or a cable machine at the health club. How soon will I see results?

At the beginning of any fitness program your muscles may feel sore for the first few days. This is normal and as the weeks progress you will start to see the sculpting effects of building lean muscle while burning calories. Lean muscle also burns calories even when you are resting. How do I clean my OYO® Personal Gym?

Clean with damp cloth only. Harsh chemicals and detergents may discolor or damage the device.

The FlexPack looks dirty or used, is it new?

Yes, it's new. The FlexPack is coated with a wax lubricant to lubricate and protect the special rubber compound used to manufacture the SpiraFlex FlexPack. Some users have asked if the FlexPack is new or if it is dirty because of this wax coating. Not to worry, it's new and the wax helps optimize the performance of the FlexPack, (similar to lubricant on a gym equipment moving part).
