Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees do apply for purchase made on our website through credit card payments such as through Stripe and Paypal. The cancellation fee for finance charges  is 5% of the total order value. This is because the payment gateways of Stripe and Paypal do not refund those transaction fees, hence we don't have that amount with us once the payment is completed. It goes to Stripe and Paypal. There is also an additional restocking fee of 5%. Hence, the total cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount.
